I bought a book called Guitar electronics for musicians by Donald Brosnak. Available on Amazon.
It's a fantastic read and is full of wiring tips for beginners to experts. It's one of those books all guitarists should have in their collection along with Dan Erlewines Guitar player repair guide. Both are excellent books for guitarists who like to tinker.

Ig the tinkerer!

I have the Guitar Player Repair Guide (other wise known as the Kh'rang) and it's a fine tome. I live my life according to its teachings. Cool
